   • We specialize in wellness gummies, crafted with care to ensure quality and safety.

   • Product descriptions and images are for reference only; actual product may vary slightly.

2. Payments

   • All payments are 100% secure.

   • We offer two payment methods:

     • Cash on Delivery (COD)

     • Online Payment via Razorpay

   • By choosing online payment, you authorize BeingWell to process the transaction through Razorpay’s secure gateway.

3. Shipping & Delivery

   • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within the estimated 3 to 5 working days PAN India.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

   • Goods sold can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

   • To initiate a return, kindly email us at beingwellsk@gmail.com with your Order Number and Registered Email ID.

   • Our support executive will review your request and respond within 5 working days.

2. Conditions for Return

   • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

   • If the packet is opened, tampered, or partially consumed, we cannot process the return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Refunds

   • Once the return request is approved and the product is received in eligible condition, the refund will be processed.

   • Refunds for online payments will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

   • COD refunds (if applicable) will be processed through bank transfer after verifying customer details.

4. Non-Returnable Items

   • Any product that has been opened or used.

   • Products returned without proper request and approval.
